We think that all our waters are well worth fishing and a pleasure to visit, but they would all benefit from less litter! Cans, bottles and packets weigh much less empty than full, so take them home with you.
In case of pollution in our waters or any others, telephone 0800 80 70 60 (calls are free and the line is open 24 hours a day) to notify the Environment Agency immediately.
Protect your fish stocks
It is in your interests to look after the fish we catch.
Damaged fish could die, which means they won't be around to catch on your next visit. Worse, they might become diseased, infecting the rest of their shoal mates and affecting the stock in the water.
Please observe the following code when returning or weighing fish.
- Always handle with wet hands.
- Do not keep large quantities of fish in a keepnet for a long period, especially in hot weather.
- Raise keepnet carefully from water and slide fish to mouth of net whilst they are under water.
- In matches, hold fish in the mouth of the net in the water and as soon as the scalesman calls for them, smoothly carry them to the scales and gently slide them.
- Never drop fish into weigh scale or back into water.
- Never slide fish down a keepnet.
- Fish are very expensive to replace - safeguard your fishing and fish stock at all times.
- Carp, except crucian, must not be retained in keepnets except in matches.

This is a listing of the Association's river fisheries. No day tickets are available on any of the Association's rivers - fishing is strictly members only.

Stillwaters
This is a listing of the Association's stillwater fisheries.
Day Ticketsare available on all the Association's still waters at £2 Adults £1 O.A.P's £0.50 Juniors with the following exceptions -
- No day tickets are available on Heapey - fishing is members only.
- Fan Lodge and Moran's Moat are £4 per day one rod. £6 per day 2 rods O.A.P's £2 one rod £3 two rods Juniors £1 one rod only
- Birkacre Lodges £3 Adults £2 O.A.P's £0.50 Juniors.( Birkacre is closed from March 14th until June 16th)
